training testimonials

“We started working with Eszter and Graham (and now Aimee too), with our 2 cavapoos, in December 2024.

They've taken our dogs for walk and trains and day trains and we do 121s and group classes with them also.

We wouldn't go anywhere else now.

They are all such genuinely lovely people, who are very knowledgeable but most importantly, easy going and friendly. Nothing is too much for them and they are always on hand to advise and give you a pep talk on the bad days! (which lets face it all have!).

They dote on all the dogs in their care, as if they were their own - who incidentally you will get to see regularly during classes and sessions. Marvin, Bobby and Oakley are the perfect gentlemen and are a credit to their dedication.”

“We can't recommend Quality Chops Pet Services enough! Our Chipooh puppy, Delila, has flourished under the guidance of Graham, Eszter, and Aimee. Their expertise, patience, and genuine care for animals have made a world of difference in Delila’s training journey.

From day one, they tailored their approach to suit her personality and needs, ensuring she built confidence and good behaviour in a positive and encouraging environment. Their methods are effective yet gentle, focusing on understanding and communication.

Thanks to their dedication, Delila is growing into a well-mannered, happy, and social pup. We are beyond grateful for their support and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier pet training services!”

“We found quality chops for our puppy at 4 months after going to an alternative providers puppy group session. However we were noticing the pup was anxious and he needed individual support to help him progress. He is 6 months now and the most amazing dog. Having a weekly training day and support from Eszter and Graham to share their skills with us, made us feel empowered and confident using these techniques with him. We have turned our anxious, submissive pup into a confident well trained dog....bring on adolescence and hopefully with these foundations and their support we wont hit too many hurdles! Thank you guys”

“We’ve recently started training with Graham and Eszter and have been really impressed. Their own dogs are a testament to the fact that their methods work and we’ve already seen an improvement in our pup’s obedience. She’s

currently boarding with them for a week and it’s reassuring to know that the training is being reinforced while we’re away. Part of the reason we changed trainers is because our pup was starting to display some reactive traits and we’re confident that Graham and Eszter will be able to help us address this and ensure she can socialise safely.”

—Candice&Luna

“We have been training with quality chops for over 2 months now and we can not praise them enough. We had a dog who was untrainable outside due to not being interested in food at all but with quality chops help he now takes his food outside and is 100% more engaged with us outside. They have helped us with Edison’s loose lead walking, socialisation, reactivity and so much more. Edison absolutely loves Graham, Eszta, and Aimee and we will continue to work with them for the foreseeable! Can not recommend them enough.“

“Hugo has been going to Quality Chops for several months now and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Hugo has had a complicated start in life with lots of health concerns but Graham and Eszter have gone above and beyond to support both me and Hugo. Hugo started with some day trains and had a residential training stay with them and they have provided so much love and support to Hugo as well as to us as humans to ensure that we all have the best opportunities and knowledge. Hugo now attends day care twice a week and with the ongoing support from Ezster, Graham we can really enjoy walks and life with Hugo without the ongoing stress and battles. Don’t know where we would be without them!”

— Mollie&Hugo

“We started a training package with Quality Chops in summer last year. We chose day trains and walk and trains! I couldn’t reccomend this enough, Rocco got so much 1:1 training with both Graham and Eszter and he benefitted so much from this, along with the group walks. We had many struggles with Rocco (lead walking, lunging & pulling, recall, socialisation) & we needed help!!

Graham and Eszter were so supportive, always available for advice, updates through WhatsApp with videos & messges. Within days we were starting to see progress!

We can now walk Rocco offlead anywhere, he walks nicely on the lead, we can take him anywhere and not have to worry. He plays and socialises with dogs in the right manner and is now generally an overall well behaved dog. We can’t wait to enjoy summer this year and not have the stressful walks we had last year!

Rocco still goes to day care every week & has social walks too - he loves Eszter and Graham!”

“We contacted Quality Chops in May 2024 for help with training our then 10 month old dog around loose lead walking, recall and general obedience.

Since then Tango did regular walk & trains, we had 121s and also take part in the neutrality & obedience classes that have made such a difference that all the people we know on our dog walks commented on his progress.

Eszter & Graham have given us lots of great advice and support that we continue to use every day and has made a huge difference. We now have great adventures on walks that we all enjoy!”

"Nesta started with "Walk & Train" sessions with Graham and Eszter to help us work on her reactivity and neutrality around other dogs, before progressing to their pack walks, which she now does weekly. We've also participated in some of their neutrality and urban classes, to really make sure we are setting her up for success as much as we can. We love seeing the videos and pictures from the walks, she has such a great time playing with her doggy friends, and has a lovely relationship with Eszter, Graham and Aimee, who clearly care for her too. Nesta's behaviour on our walks has improved hugely, particularly with recall, loose lead walking and interactions with (or ignoring of) other dogs. Dog walks are now so much more enjoyable and we owe that to Eszter and Graham!

—Grace&Nesta

“We can’t thank quality chops enough for helping Penny with her reactivity. I have learnt so much as an owner and Penny has improved so much. We no longer dread walks or feel the need to avoid walking near other dogs! Thank you to Ester and Graham (and of course Marvin and Bobby)”

—Sam&Penny

“I attend Quality Chops’ neutrality class with both of my dogs, and it’s fantastic. It’s a friendly environment where I always come away having learned something new and feeling enthusiastic about continuing my dogs’ training.

More recently, I used QC’s day training service for my dog, Nala, for e-collar conditioning. Not only did Nala have a great time spending the day at QC, but they also sent plenty of videos of her training for me to watch.

We also had two one-on-one sessions where we could discuss Nala’s progress, and they made sure I was fully prepared to continue her training at home.

I always learn so much from QC while having fun with my dogs — and to me, that’s what it’s all about.”

—Annie&Nala

“We have seen significant improvement in our dogs behaviour since training with Quality Chops! Our sassy sausage dog is 6 and with QC training we have proved that you can teach an old dog new tricks! We are so happy to be able to go on walks better equipped to deal with other dogs (and sometimes humans!), walks are much more enjoyable now for us and Isla!”
—Lauren&Isla

“I can’t recommend QC enough! Eszter and Graham are amazing and it shows as Kaiser absolutely adores them. He gets so excited when he sees them and loves them. Kaiser has come on leap and bounds with his walk and train we now have a great recall and he can enjoy off lead walks and pack walks. I will be forever grateful for the training we have had as our boy now gets to live the life he deserves. We get plenty of updates and photos and videos to match. I was searching for a long time to find someone we trust with our boy especially when we aren’t around and in our home. I trust them explicitly. I’m thankful that we have such loving, caring people to be there for our boy. He always has such a good time with them I’m sure it’s the highlight of his week. They love kaiser as if he was their own and it shows. Highly recommend”

“We got in contact with Quality chops to help us with our rescue dog Daisy who was very scared, on edge and had little interest in training. They instantly gave great advice and helped us find Daisy’s confidence over time. They have been amazing with helping us find Daisy’s food drive to make training more manageable and got her tail wagging with happiness when out and about. she is now living a more fulfilled happy life. Daisy has also grown a great bond with everyone at Quality chops and loves her training sessions that we are continuing with. These Guys truly helped a scared rescue dog become a happy loving life pup!”

I’m forever grateful I was sent to Graham and Eszter, it’s not an exaggeration to say the work they have done and continue to do transformed my life and my relationship with my dog. From the very first session, it was clear that they bring not only expertise but a genuine love and understanding of dogs. My Labrador was struggling with lead pulling, reactivity and resource guarding and I felt overwhelmed and unsure of how to help. We worked together as a team through 1-1 sessions, group classes and a residential stay. The progress we made was incredible, my dog became more focused and I felt like we were both so much happier. It was so lovely to finally watch my dog be off lead, living his best life, and being confident that he would come back to me. He also could join in the pack walks and explored a variety of places weekly with neutral dogs that helped to socialise him safely, which I never thought would be possible.

But what meant even more was the support  they gave when my dog sadly passed away. Their kindness during such a heartbreaking time went far beyond what I ever expected. They reached out, listened, and genuinely cared,  supporting with a fundraiser to cover vet bills, as well as organising a memorial walk for him which had an unbelievable turn out of humans and dogs. It really is such a strong community at Quality Chops.

Fortunately, we were able to open our lives and hearts up to another pup. Through Graham and Eszter’s guidance, I’ve learned how to communicate more clearly with my dog, set consistent boundaries, and use positive reinforcement effectively. I feel more confident as a dog owner, knowing I have the tools and support I need, sending videos and receiving feedback inbetween sessions to ensure I’m getting it right!

The bond and engagement I have with my puppy already fills me with so much hope and excitement for all the things he will go on to achieve in his training alongside Graham and Eszter.

I can’t recommend Quality Chops enough to anyone looking to build a stronger, more rewarding bond with their dog and to be part of a community of like-minded people who love their dog and want the best life for them. Thank you will never be enough for all that you do.

”When we first started with quality chops our Bernese mountain dog Baloo was a bit of a challenge.

He would be pulling on the lead, not listening and had made a few bad decisions as he was quite reactive.

We have been with quality chops for over a year now and his behaviour has completely changed and the knowledge they have given us is amazing. It has made such a difference to our life when out walking him and made it so much more enjoyable.

Any questions we have they are always there with the best solutions to help us.

With Baloo been reactive towards people it is a slow and steady process but with managing him in The right way he is more than comfortable with everyone, which we could never have done without them. We are so grateful. We have learnt so much and still have so much more to learn.”

—Dominic,Rebecca&Baloo

“We started using Quality Chops around November 2024 as we wanted to improve our dog's (Milo) engagement with us and give him the off lead life he deserved. Milo was a good dog but didn't have reliable recall, was fixated/wanting to play with every dog, he was not interested in food and his engagement out on walks was pretty low. We started using QC to improve all these things and after a few months we had a dog that was fully engaged with us, off lead and enjoying his food. QC gave us all the information and training we needed as owners to practice everything he was doing with them at home. Eszter and Graham were very supportive and always replied to our messages providing prompt support and advice which kept us encouraged and engaged with Milo's training with us. Milo now attends a weekly pack walk with Aimee from Quality Chops that he loves and he very much enjoys going there for day care and boarding services when us humans are away. Thank you as always guys for all your help and support.”

—Hannah&Milo

“Before training, Peanut was terrified of the world. He would lunge and bark at people—not out of aggression, but because he was overwhelmed and trying to protect himself. We’d reached a point where I could manage his reactions, but he was still incredibly stressed every time we stepped outside.

Thanks to Graham and Eszter, everything has changed. Their calm, supportive approach gave both Peanut and me the tools to move forward and in what feels like a relatively short time, we’re in a position I never thought we’d be in. Peanut is more confident, relaxed, and finally starting to enjoy being out in the world. I can’t wait to see what we can achieve a year into this journey. I’m so incredibly grateful. “
